South Lancaster is a census-designated place (CDP) in the town of Lancaster and close to the city of Clinton in Worcester County, Massachusetts, United States. The population was 1,894 at the 2010 census.According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 3.4 km² (1.3 mi²). 3.4 km² (1.3 mi²) of it is land and 0.76% is water.
