East Earl is a township in northeastern Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, United States. At the 2000 census the population was 5,723.The Spring Grove Forge Mansion and Henry Weaver Farmstead are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 24.7 square miles (64 km²), of which, 24.6 square miles (64 km²) of it is land and 0.1 square miles (0.26 km²) of it (0.24%) is water.
