In 2014, ABC Movers was three friends, one box truck, and an old shipping container in the Arts District. The pitch was simple: do what other movers don't — show up on time, quote honestly, don't break things, and answer when the customer texts.
It turned out enough people wanted that to keep us busy. By 2018 we had three trucks. By 2020, a 90007 yard. By 2023, branches in San Diego, Oakland, Ventura, Santa Barbara, and Riverside.
Today we're 84 people. Same promise. The only thing that's changed is we now have barcodes for the boxes.
